Remember the Total Solar Eclipse with these Fun T-Shirts

Were you in the path of totality? Or did you watch a partial eclipse today? We were in Michigan, streaming the various cities in the path of totality and we were able to experience the partial eclipse. Still cool, but nothing like those who experienced the total eclipse. Nevertheless, we designed some shirts for those who were able to experience the eclipse today.

We did a post three weeks ago on some eclipse shirts we had for sale. You can view that post here. But today, we are posting some shirts for people who experienced the eclipse. It sounds like it was an amazing experience, and we did our best to capture that on tees.

I Saw Baily's Beads

No Bailey isn't spelled wrong. We checked a few times :) This is a tee for anyone in the path of totality. Just before total darkness and just before the ring comes back, you can experience Baily's Beads. That's right, during a total solar eclipse, you can see them two times if you are in the path of totality. This only comes in black but it comes in kids', men's, and women's fits.

Shadow Bands are Totality Awesome

Even if you did get to see the total solar eclipse, you may not have seen the shadow bands. It doesn't happen every time. Some say they look like parallel snakes on the ground. Did you see them? 2017 Total Solar Eclipse T-Shirt Degins including tie dye and emoji versions

Are you excited for the eclipse? It's less than three weeks away. Here at 4Craig, we're teaching the kids about eclipse safety. They already know what an eclipse is (thanks to Minecraft and Terraria), but this is their first in real life and it's an exciting one.

We don't live in the area where the eclipse will be total, but that's okay. It's thrilling anyway. I remember my first one. We were able to get out of class to watch. We had little paper plates to watch the shadow on, which is what we'll probably do again and then go watch the actual eclipse on YouTube because it's 2017 and that's what we do. We will probably have a mini viewing party with special snacks with friends, so we can share the experience.
